Group Experiences

Gathering together… There’s just nothing like it.

When people gather in a physical space with aligned intention there can be an experience of profound heart coherence, affecting the nervous system, heart, bio-chemistry, and infinite energetic and spiritual realms. 

My workshops and retreats are potent and practical. I will guide the group through spirals of awareness, embodiment, clarity and action. Sharing a blend of intuitive insights, principles of Chinese medicine, energy medicine, and ancient truths. Drawing us deeper into connection with the Divine and our highest purpose. Anchoring deeply into rich five senses experiences. Always guiding each individual to step more fully into sovereignty and grow in integrity.

  • Intentionally working with the earth's four seasons, drawing from the natural cycles of life, weaving in principles of ancient Chinese and energy medicine.

  • Teaching the fundamentals of Energy Medicine, or specific applications, which could be applied to support groups of any kind.

  • The importance of ritual, teaching the fundamentals of how to create your own

  • Grief and its missing role in our culture, and physical experience 

  • The secret power of working with the phases of a woman's body and her monthly cycle, for women, and girls becoming women.
